The VP of Lending focuses on building a book of business and on-boarding new clients. The VP of Lending comes up with creative solutions to make our customer’s dreams come true. Day-to-day, you will capture the structure and context of each deal and work closely with Renovo’s loan processors to ensure your deals can be efficiently processed and underwritten.
The VP of Lending is responsible for effectively serving existing clients, continuing to grow strategic relationships, and growing a book of business with new customers. The VP of Lending will work closely with a team that properly sets expectations, hustles hard, and enjoys celebrating success.
The Production Assistant is the main support and leverage for top-performing VP’s of Lending. You will gather, organize, and maintain up-to-date loan files for the VP’s book of business. You will capture the structure and context of each deal and work closely with Renovo’s loan processors to ensure the deals can be efficiently processed and underwritten. Your success in this role provides the leverage a VP needs to effectively serve current customers, continue to grow strategic relationships, and bring in lots of new business. In addition to the VP of Lending, you are the main point of contact for customers as you help them through the loan process. You are the glue between Processing and the VP of Lending.
The position of Senior Credit Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing credit information on current and potential borrowers, determines the advisability of granting credit for diversified types of loans, & is the right-hand credit resource for Renovo’s VP of Lending. Their primary responsibility is to assist Renovo in writing quality loans swiftly, accurately, and efficiently with little compromise to production.
The SVP of Real Estate Construction is the leader of Renovo’s construction management and real estate group. This is a critical risk management position within the organization, and the SVP will be a highly-seasoned residential construction / development professional with at least 15 years of field experience. The SVP will lead an in-place, seasoned team that is responsible for construction budget reviews and draw inspections for Renovo’s portfolio of 1-4 unit projects. The SVP will be directly responsibility for diligence and oversight of larger construction projects (particularly in the multifamily segment). If a project stalls prior to completion, the SVP will manage and direct its completion and positioning for sale. The SVP role is a highly visible position with direct exposure to all C-level executives and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer
Renovo’s SVP of Special Assets is responsible for the direction and execution of the Company’s loan restructuring and recovery activities. The SVP position requires an assertive and highly collaborative individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively to a variety of different stakeholders and audiences (senior leadership, attorneys, borrowers, etc.). The SVP will partner with Renovo’s front-line teams to negotiate and implement loan restructurings, and will assume responsibility for seriously delinquent and defaulted loan workouts/liquidations. A top performer in this role will work doggedly to tailor solutions for each unique situation and balance recovery and collection timelines for optimal financial performance. A high level of financial, lending, residential real estate, and legal acumen (and ease with the language used among professionals in those industries) is required for success. The SVP will supervise and direct a “VP - Default Servicing” and report directly to Renovo’s Chief Operating Officer.
