Renovo’s new Commercial Real Estate (CRE) platform fills a void in mid-level commercial lending by focusing on custom Senior Bridge Loans, Senior Construction Loans, and Mezzanine Loans / Preferred Equity loans between $2 and $10 million in Chicago and other major midwest and northeastern markets. The CRE platform will serve investors focused on income producing properties: multifamily, residential condo, and mixed-use.
