I’ve been actively involved in real estate for over 15 years, with experience primarily in commercial lending, real estate sales, property management, general construction and real estate investing.

My #1 tip for newer investors, is keep your nuts small, so as to say, don’t over leverage your time or your money! Real estate is a journey and I literally learn something new about this business everyday. So never stop learning, the more you learn the more you earn. That is one of the most accurate statements in real estate & real estate investing!

Don’t spread yourself too thin and always plan for the very worst case scenario!

My beautiful wife and my 3 children are my motivation for everything I do in life.

I was born in California but raised and grew up in Massachusetts and currently reside in Rhode Island. I’ve worked in real estate initially as a salesperson, eventually moving on to manage bank REO properties, shortly after I co-founded a small real estate investment firm, and began my journey into the commercial lending space.

I try to stay physically fit and I try my very best to attend all my kids games & activities. I really, really hope to start traveling again soon and as much as possible.

I’m pretty boring but I really love in-ground pools and landscape designing as a hobby. I recently designed and personally installed my own in-ground pool and landscape features on my current home (forever a work in progress).
