Mr. Polenzani is a seasoned commercial lender with more than 30 years of banking experience. He retired in 2009 as Senior Credit Officer of a seven bank, $22 billion holding company FBOP Corporation. Since retirement, he has been an active consultant to banks, addressing problems in their loan portfolio and credit culture. His responsibilities with Renovo include chairing the internal and senior Loan Committees and assisting in the training of Loan Officers and Credit Analysts.

He spent seven years at Equity Group Investments (EGI), billionaire Sam Zell’s private firm, investing throughout the capital structure in buyouts, growth equity, and distressed situations. Before EGI, Mr. Radzik invested in senior debt and made equity co-investments for BNP Paribas. Mr. Radzik started his career working in the Special Services Division of Arthur Andersen & Co, is a CPA and received a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
