I provide strategic vision and identify investment partners for C3 so that the fund can deploy capital to real estate investors focusing on low to moderate income communities.
I head the talent acquisition and recruiting efforts for Renovo bringing in top talent, while continuing to develop the skillsets of our current employees. I believe that great talent acquisition is the difference between survive and thrive.
Every technology implementation is going to come with its own unique issues. Sometimes they are easy to manage and sometimes they are more difficult to work through. I work with users and providers to ensure a seamless and exceptional technology experience.
I am in charge of the accounting operations at Renovo. I prepare and review all of our accounting records and ensure that we produce accurate and timely financial reporting.
I support Renovo’s financial transactions and operations, keeping the back-end of the office running smoothly and consistently.
Mr. Polenzani is a seasoned commercial lender with more than 30 years of banking experience. He retired in 2009 as Senior Credit Officer of a seven bank, $22 billion holding company FBOP Corporation. Since retirement, he has been an active consultant to banks, addressing problems in their loan portfolio and credit culture. His responsibilities with Renovo include chairing the internal and senior Loan Committees and assisting in the training of Loan Officers and Credit Analysts.
Mr. Radzik co-founded Granite Creek Capital Partners and is a member of their Investment Committee. He spent seven years at Equity Group Investments (EGI), billionaire Sam Zell’s private firm, investing throughout the capital structure in buyouts, growth equity, and distressed situations. Before EGI, Mr. Radzik invested in senior debt and made equity co-investments for BNP Paribas. Mr. Radzik started his career working in the Special Services Division of Arthur Andersen & Co, is a CPA and received a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
Mr. Lehman, a co-founder of Granite Creek Capital Partners and member of their Investment Committee, has led private equity transactions and investment operations processes since 1998. As a former leader of an entrepreneurial business venture, he provides substantial guidance and supervision to Granite Creek Capital Partners' portfolio companies in addition to his overall investment oversight. Mr. Lehman began his career at Dakota Capital Partners and received a B.S. in Organizational Studies from Northwestern University.
