The AVP of Quality will oversee quality assurance and control processes, analyzing the results, and providing feedback and guidance to the Servicing department. This entails ensuring staff adherence to established processes, policies, and procedures. Additionally, this role will be responsible for maintaining and refining policies, procedures, and job aids for the entire Servicing department. The AVP of Quality will manage all Quality Specialists. This role includes leadership and management activities, working closely with department managers to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. This position is exempt from overtime. In this role, you will report directly to the SVP of Exam Management/Quality at Renovo Financial.
The Construction Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in Renovo’s Asset Management Team. As a Construction Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with our construction projects. This position requires a keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the construction industry. You will collaborate with the asset management, credit & origination teams to identify, evaluate, and develop strategies to manage risks throughout the life of the project. The right candidate will have experience in the construction or real estate investment industry with strong knowledge of residential building processes & cost estimates. This position is eligible for overtime. In this role, you will report directly to SVP – Real Estate & Construction Management at Renovo Financial.

The position of Credit Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing credit information on current and potential borrowers, determines the advisability of
granting credit for diversified types of loans, & is the right-hand credit resource for Renovo’s Loan Officers and/or Portfolio Managers. Their primary
responsibility is to assist Renovo in writing quality loans swiftly, accurately, and efficiently with little compromise to production.

The Closer has two primary responsibilities; to orchestrate a smooth closing on new loans & deliver excellent post-closing customer service. They are expected to zero-in on a closing date and ensure that all necessary parties are consistently updated throughout the loan application process. Post-closing, they assist their Renovo POD in ensuring the client’s insurance is up to date, extensions are received, and modifications get signed in a timely manner. The Closer is empowered to ensure the client has an amazing experience, with the goal in mind that the client can’t imagine a world without Renovo.

The Production Assistant is the main support and leverage for top-performing VP’s of Lending. You will gather, organize, and maintain up-to-date loan files for the VP’s book of business. You will capture the structure and context of each deal and work closely with Renovo’s loan processors to ensure the deals can be efficiently processed and underwritten. Your success in this role provides the leverage a VP needs to effectively serve current customers, continue to grow strategic relationships, and bring in lots of new business. In addition to the VP of Lending, you are the main point of contact for customers as you help them through the loan process. You are the glue between Processing and the VP of Lending.

Renovo’s Relationship Manager (RM) will work alongside the Regional Managing Director of Lending, supporting loan origination, underwriting and
operations functions. This role plays a key role in driving repeat business by helping to manage, maintain, and grow current relationships with
existing clients, investors, brokers, and real estate professionals. Success in this role is evaluated based on the candidate’s ability to drive repeat
business, partner with all key stakeholders internal and external to Renovo Financial providing exemplary experience This role will report directly to
the Head of Fulfillment and eligible for overtime compensation under FLSA.
The Senior Vice President of Client Services for Mortgage Servicing assumes a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of Portfolio Investor relationships within our mortgage servicing division. We are in search of a strategic leader with extensive experience in mortgage servicing operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of enhancing Investor/client satisfaction and retention. The SVP of CS will directly engage with investors, capital partners, and internal stakeholders. They will spearhead investor reporting, calls, feedback, presentations, and projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Servicing Officer at Renovo Financial, this position presents a significant opportunity to elevate client service delivery standards. This position is exempt from overtime.
The VP/SVP of Lending focuses on building a book of business and on-boarding new clients. The VP/SVP of Lending comes up with creative solutions to make our customer’s dreams come true. Day-to-day, you will capture the structure and context of each deal and work closely with Renovo’s loan processors to ensure your deals can be efficiently processed and underwritten.
Zac Miller brings over 10 years of Florida Real Estate and Finance experience, most recently serving as Regional Manager for a nationwide lender. Originally from New York, Zac has spent his entire professional career in Florida with various roles in real estate finance including brokerage, non-performing note sales and loan origination. Zac is well equipped with knowledge and experience across all facets of the Florida real estate market.
